I have read rumor that Gillian Anderson may not be returning to the series… That will really punch a hole through the revival.4th episode of the tenth season of The X-Files " Home Again" I ordered the next season and it has more episodes and hopefully more realistic storylines, plots and excitement. More importantly, only SIX EPISODES and most of it fluff!! Why don’t they find the writers from the original series? However, all characters acted very well with the material they had to deal with. Both need their hair unflattened and a kinder gentler look… Their boss Mitch Pileggi looks fantastic in comparison although he is still an assistant director… No promotions yet? Finally, our smoking man looks more horrible than ever with burns and his mutated smoking habits…
14 people found this helpfulįirst of all… Scully and Mulder both look washed out and worn out… Anybody hear of “grooming” and “makeup?” Well, they both look so sad. X-files offers the spark for uniting audiences craving for an adventurous future and exploring the unknown, no matter where the truth leads. This show needs to continue to help people recognize that there is a foundation for exploration into the unknown which is vital for humans. Who can find fault with that crash? People against revealing the existence of UFOs are most likely the audience that is not wanting this show to continue to ask the questions about UFOs and keep the people from using their curiosity about aliens. The mythology episodes get better all the time, especially that dramatic crash in Season 10, episode 1. There are a few episodes from the original programming which I enjoyed less, but I found something in them that continued to spark my interest.
For those who didn't give these episodes a good response, I suggest they put these episodes in context with the entire series. I have watched Season 10 a lot of times, and to my amazement, I enjoy it more and more because I pick up what I missed from previous viewings.
